Jamshedpur : The three-day JOGGA Inter-School Badminton Championship 2024, organized by JUSCO School South Park, concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony at the JRD Tata Badminton Training Centre today. The event saw the participation of 17 schools and approximately 250 students, showcasing remarkable talent and sportsmanship.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. A.F. Madon, Administrator of the JEM Foundation, who served as the Chief Guest. In his address, Mr. Madon emphasized the importance of handling both victory and defeat with grace and encouraged the students to nurture their talents and strive for excellence. Special guest Mr. Firoz Khan, Vice President and sports promoter of JOGGA, also attended the event. Mrs. Mili Sinha, Principal of JUSCO School South Park, welcomed the guests with saplings, reflecting the schoolтАЩs commitment to environmental sustainability. Appreciation certificates were awarded to the team of officials led by Mr. Vivek Sharma, Head Coach of Badminton at the JRD Complex, for their successful management of the event.
