Elvis Yadav faces legal trouble again
Jamshedpur, July 26, 2024:
Elvish Yadav, winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 and a prominent YouTuber, has found himself in legal trouble once more. This time, a police complaint has been lodged against him for violating temple regulations at the Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi. Reports indicate that the complaint was filed by Prateek Kumar Singh, a sessions court advocate from Varanasi, who alleges that Yadav took photos inside the temple despite a ban on mobile phones and cameras.
SinghтАЩs complaint claims that the authorities showed bias by allowing Yadav to take pictures, and he has called for police action against the YouTuber.
Earlier this year, on March 17, Elvish Yadav was detained by the Noida Police in relation to a money laundering probe involving claims that snake venom was used as a recreational drug at parties he allegedly hosted. He is facing charges under multiple sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Following his Bigg Boss victory, Yadav has appeared in several music videos and continues to create content on YouTube. Recently, he made a guest appearance on Bigg Boss OTT 3 to support his friend Lovekesh Kataria.
