Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), located in Udupi district, Karnataka, has taken a significant step forward in healthcare diagnostics by partnering with Roche Diagnostics India Private Limited. This strategic alliance aims to establish a Centre of Excellence that focuses on elevating the standards of healthcare diagnostics through advanced technology and innovation.
The partnership was cemented through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Giridhar Kini, Registrar of MAHE, and Rishubh Gupta, Managing Director of Roche Diagnostics India. This collaboration marks a pivotal initiative in enhancing skill development and fostering innovation in diagnostic technologies. The Centre of Excellence will concentrate on developing advanced diagnostic tools, conducting pioneering research, and offering comprehensive training to healthcare professionals on cutting-edge technologies.
Lt. Gen. M.D. Venkatesh, Vice-Chancellor of MAHE, emphasized the immense potential of this partnership to accelerate scientific advancements and improve healthcare outcomes.
