Jamshedpur : An English Eloquence Competition was held at the school today, featuring students from Nursery to Class 12. The event commenced with the lighting of the inaugural lamp by the Principal, Vice-Principal, and the judges. The competition was judged by Vice-Principal Mrs. Rituporna Banerjee, along with teachers Ms. R. Lakshmi and Ms. Surekha Menon.
Students showcased their creativity, linguistic prowess, and effective communication skills through performances on a range of topics, including humor, satire, patriotism, women’s empowerment, and natural beauty, as well as social and political issues. The audience was captivated by the students’ poetic recitations, which left a lasting impression.
The winners of the English Eloquence Competition were announced with notable success across various groups. In the Junior Group, the winners were Ishika Bhadra from Group A, Prisha Joyel from Group B, Tanushree Kundu from Group C, Aashi Jha from Group D, and Kavya Swarn from Group E. In the Senior Group, Deepatanshu Sinha emerged victorious in Group A, while Group B saw joint winners Rishi Raj and Dimple Kumari. Group C was represented by the joint winners Muskan Kumari and Ritika Kumari.
The successful execution of the competition was made possible by the significant contributions of the school’s management committee, including the Principal, Vice-Principal, and all the teachers from the English department.
